WebPh.D. Student Earth Sciences Background I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Mathematics from Furman University, with a minor in Environmental Studies. I am fascinated with the intersection between these two disciplines, which is what led me to research in paleoclimate modeling. WebMy research is focused on exploring climate change and killing mechanism associated with the End-Cretaceous mass extinction. To address the causes of the Cretaceous-Paleogene boundary, my research includes climate model simulations combined with geologic records.
