WebJun 17, 2024 · In the Personalization settings, click on Themes and then on Windows image under the Themes title. Once you do that then go to Colors. Scroll down to the two options; Start, Taskbar and Action Center - put a check mark there. Right below you should also see Title Bars and window borders.
